Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Leader.
• Recruit, Train, Develop, and Mentor employees.
• Assist Store Manager with All Store Duties and Responsibilities.
• Responsible for Daily Store Operations in Manager’s Absence.
• Aid in building “The Beyond Mobile  Culture” and in the implementation of Policies and Procedures.
• Assist in the Development of Sales Representatives.
• Assist SM with the planning and implementation of weekly Store Events to help drive Sales Traffic.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma required
• Some College Courses preferred or Min of 1-year relative experience
• An employee of Beyond Mobile- min of 90 days with favorable performance evaluations
• Availability full-time with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
• Goal-Oriented; High Achiever
• Ability to acclimate to the fast-paced environment
