Essential Roles and Sales Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships by making the store experience authentic, interactive, engaging, and reassuring.
  • Describe products and explain the use, operation, and benefits of our products to customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to solve customer problems and/or meet their needs.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
  • Participate in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including the back room, restrooms, and individual work areas according to the retail store standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Keep abreast of the continuously changing world of wireless technology.
  • Adhere to the company code of ethics and compliance with every transaction.
  • Assist with other duties as directed.

Our Work Environment includes the following:

This position operates in a retail store setting. This role routinely uses standard retail point of sales equipment including computers, phones, printers, filing cabinets, and tablets. This role requires recognizing, identifying, and using products and necessary reports. Occasional travel may be required for training purposes.
